Applications on prescribed proforma, obtainable from the Director of Press, Osmania University, Hyderabad-500 007, for the following positions, are invited from candidates to work in a DBT-Funded Research Project entitled ‘Studying the therapeutic properties and establishing sorghum grain as a functional food’. Tenure of the project is three years.

1. Post : Junior Research Fellow (one position)

Qualification : M. Sc [Life Sciences-Biochemistry/ Plant Sci /Foods & Nutrition (Home Sci)/ Nutrition / Biotechnology]

Essential : CSIR-UGC-NET/UGC-NET/ICMR/GATE qualification.

Age : Upper age limit 28 years

Fellowship : Rs. 16000/- p.m + 30% HRA

2. Post : Project Assistant-Level 1 (one position)

Qualification : B. Sc 1st Class (Life Sciences; BZC / BtBiC / MBiC)

Age : Upper age limit 28 years

Pay : Consolidated @ Rs. 5000/- p.m
