Job Description
- To conduct process optimization experiments in bioreactors at 1-2 Liter scale and establish working protocol to carry out consistency batches
- To conduct batches in bioreactors at various scales and parameters to demonstrate process consistency
- Process characterization studies at various scales
- Harvest generation for down stream development as and required
- Production of material for toxicology and clinical trials
- Support technology transfer from lab scale to production scale
- Trouble shooting related to process and equipments.
- Scientific and technical documentation for all process related activities
